Artwork is due Saturday October 2, 10am to 1pm at Stonewall Library
Each year, in recognition of World AIDS Day, ArtsUnited artists are asked to donate art pieces that reflects their creative interpretation of the red AIDS Ribbon to benefit the Children's Diagnostic & Treatment Center. The artwork is then reproduced into notecards, calendars, and prints. This year 24 artists' work will be displayed at a reception at the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale, where they will be auctioned to benefit the CDTC. The reception and exhibit is Friday, December 3, 2010 6-9pm at the Museum of Art Fort Lauderdale, 100 E Las Olas Blvd. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the door though the CDTC. www.childrensdiagnostic.org
